Hi everyone 2016 has been a terrible year on the macro level. But on a personal and professional level. It’s been great! I hope to keep that rolling into 2017. As such I would like to ask Oppo who they would like to see come on the show for an interview. I had a great year with some amazing guest a lot of them were oppo suggestions.

I am open to all suggestions!

I’m going to be producing a lot more video content in the year to come, and I’ll be needing music for that, do you make music and want to let me use it, please provide a link to the material.

I owe a lot of my success to the OppositeLock community, my sincerest thanks to everyone here. I hope to keep growing to get better at what I do, to get the stuff out more often and in more media types. I’ll be doing a state of the show, show by the end of the year. There will be more information and updates in that.

But for now, thanks!

If you ever want to do a show about the Overland community, we’ve got lots of amazing talent at O&E. I wouldn’t mind chatting you up about it sometime.

As for music, there are a couple of ways to do it.

youtube music library

Scour the bookface for local bands

Check into what real bands are cool with music use (Moby, Toad the wet sprocket, Gramatik, etc)

Pay sites, I personally like premiumbeats.com because their prices are fair, their license is good and the music is good (considering the price)

Malcolm Wilson, Colin Clark, Lance Smith (of Vermont Sportscar), Tim O’Neil, Finnegan and Freiburger, Alex Gelsomino

I would like to chat with you about overland stuff, mostly because I know so little about it, email me, Untitledcarshow @ rightfootdown.com we can set that uo

Thanks for the advice about the music. I knew most of that, I figured maybe some one here is a inspiring artist and I could help give them a little more exposure.

Any cross promo on Live And Let Diecast’s huge and international community is always welcome and we are car enthusiasts based and OPPO strong.

Wow, Gramatik just came across my Pandora this morning on my drive to work, and I thought, “That would be great to use in a video. Too bad YouTube won’t let me.” Well, actually...

And yeah, there’s decent stuff in YouTube’s own library. I’ve been using that lately, motovlogging and in my Smyth Ute vid for RFD.

Should be rad having peeps from all over the globe join and discuss cars both real and diecast collecting/photography/customizing. I’ll pass this along to the other mods. Could be rad on day.

Yeah! I’ll figure out a date that works best, and I’ll give you a couple options to pass along if that sounds good

A episode discussing traditional hot rods and Kustoms. Like history/evolution and explanation of vocabulary you would hear at a show.

I like this idea, I wonder if a hot rod historian is a thing

Im not sure, though if there is I want to know how to officially become one over my self claimed title, lol. There are a couple of big names in the hot rid community that would be worth reaching out to.
